    Security deposit: Security deposit of €300, which will be refunded within 48 hours of checking out of the accommodation.
    The amount indicated in deposit will be blocked upon arrival, this deposit will be unlocked upon departure after verification of damage to the property.
    Groups: Bookings may be subject to supplements and special conditions.
    Applicable conditions: The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the card provided as a guarantee depending on the cancellation policy applied.
    Minimum required stay:
    - June, October, November and December: 2 nights.
    - July, August and 1st half of September: 7 nights.

    Keys must be collected from Eurostars Isla de la Toja.

    * The cleaning of the apartments is done on the day of departure. A free cleaning service is offered for stays longer than 7 nights. Guests may request an extra cleaning service at an additional cost depending on the type of apartment reserved.
    A daily cleaning service may be requested, to be confirmed with the establishment.
